Question: How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually 4-8 weeks. But please allow up to 12 weeks during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. Usually shipping is between $5 and $10 for our lowest rate economy shipping (depending on the size of your order). Very heavy bulk orders will of course cost more.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address if that differs from your check out). Please check your spam folder.

Where are my free gifts?

These are in your order confirmation email.

Some items were missing from my order!

We may send your order in multiple packages. The rest of your order is on it's way and should arrive within a short time frame.

Refunds, missing or damaged items?

We happily refund or replace any missing or damaged items, please just contact us and describe the problem, if at all possible send a photo of any damaged items.

Change Of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it, that's just fine. We will refund your money with confirmation of a shipping tracking code. Please contact support to receive our most convenient return mail address!
