1. Delivery and delivery time
Your order will be delivered to the address stated in which you gave us at the time you made the order on the site.
The delivery will normally reach you (as long as your item is in stock)
We use both USPS service and UPS.
The shipping cost- $9.95 for USA.
Express shipping can be arranged for USA ($25.00 for 2 Day Express)
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. This is NOT the responsibility of Spirit Magic, nor do we have any control over your country's customs or customs taxes on any products purchased.
3. Delivery process
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch email when your order has left the warehouse.
When the package is ready for collection an email will be sent to you. Please check your inbox and spa box for these email notifications.
You can shop and pay quickly and safely with your Paypal account.
2. Credit card
Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover and many other debit and credits cards.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from www.spiritmagic.net
All transfers conducted through www.spiritmagic.net are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
When you have completed your purchase a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
If the product is not in stock the customer will be informed before the delivery. We will ask the customer if she or he wants to replace it with another similar product. If not, the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned back within 30 days.
